Keith Naylor
Founder / Owner / Program Manager/ Coach
Keith Naylor, a Sayreville alum and former St. Louis Cardinals pro, coached at Trenton Catholic Academy from 2013 to 2021, earning 2015 Trenton Times Coach of the Year honors. He also coached at Solebury School (2021–2024). For over 15 years, Keith has led the NJ Tigers, building a disciplined, development-focused program across baseball, softball, and basketball.

Director of Player Development & Operations/Coach
An Ewing High alum, Trey brings over eight years of coaching experience. After assisting at Trenton Catholic Academy and Solebury School under Keith Naylor, he’s now Solebury’s Head Coach and NJ Tigers’ Director of Player Development, focusing on fundamentals, discipline, and player growth.

Samuel Garcia
Assistant Coach
A three-year NJ Tigers coach and Ewing High alum, Samuel Garcia specializes in infield development. As Solebury’s hitting coach and assistant to Coach Trey, he helped lead the team to a .327 batting average — the highest mark the program has achieved in three years. Samuel is dedicated to helping players refine their skills and compete with confidence.

Jedier Hernandez
Skills Development/ Assistant Coach
A TCA and NJ Tigers alum, Jedier Hernandez played Division I baseball at Seton Hall and the University of Missouri, earning respect for his leadership and defensive skills behind the plate. Now a part-time coach with the Tigers, Jedier balances his coaching duties with living his dream of playing professional baseball. He focuses on developing fundamentals, game awareness, and consistent growth in defense, catching, and hitting.
